Keeping you informed

The end of the five-day lockdown across Victoria means we will be completing photography as scheduled from 18th February onwards.

A fitted face mask is required for people aged 12 and over indoors and outdoors in any spaces where social distancing rules cannot be adhered to unless there is a lawful reason not to. This means that students and staff continue to wear their mask when presenting and setting up for group photos.  Masks will be removed for the short time it takes for the photograph to be taken.  Our staff will wear masks at all times.

Photography areas will be set up to allow students and staff to move in and out individually while remaining at least 1.5m from the photographer.

Traditional group photos are allowed under COVID restrictions so SchoolPix will be taking them as part of our standard offer. Although, some schools may still elect to have a “composite” group photo made up of a portrait photo of each student.

For more information read our Smile Safe policy.

School Photography Update

Delivery

Our delivery time will be impacted by the five-day lockdown as we are not deemed an essential service so have been forced to shut down our production.

This means that all printing and packing of photographs has come to a halt.

As you can appreciate this will result in slower processing times so please expect some delay in your order being completed and dispatched.

If you have any questions please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 766 055 they will be happy to help you.
