We’re very pleased that school and preschool photography are back to normal across Victoria.  

We are open with a COVID Safe Plan:

  • All our staff (office and photography) will be double vaccinated and a vaccination certificate provided for the staff rostered on each job.  
  • We’ll photograph outside whenever possible (particularly group photos).  Staff and students can remove their masks* for the photo but photographers will wear their masks at all times.
  • Physical distancing will be maintained between students and the photographer at all times.
  • Our staff are following the current public health directions when carpooling and working at schools.  
  • Our staff that can work from home are working from home
  • We are complying with the density quotient for office spaces and lunchrooms etc

* Please Note: If any person chooses not to remove their mask for the photography we will respect their choice.  When masks are removed it is each person’s responsibility to ensure that their mask is not visible in the photo. Our photographers will make every effort to ensure that masks are not visible in the photo but if a mask is visible in any way; under a chin, in a hand, on the ground, etc, SchoolPix will not remove it digitally.  

School Photography 

School photography is expected to go ahead as per “normal” this year as we are not expecting to go back into lockdown.

Preschool Photography 

Preschool photography is expected to return to “normal” from May 2022.  Bookings are still open.  Call us on 1300 766 055 or email

Confirmation and Communion Photography 

We are taking bookings for 2022 Sacraments. Please contact us once you have your new dates to make a booking.


If your school photography day was cancelled in 2021 and you had placed an order the value of your order will be a credit on your account for your 2022 photography.  Log in to your account and go to your name in the top right corner.  If you have a credit on your account it will be displayed under your “Personal Details”.
