Account Manager – Permanent Full-Time
SchoolPix is seeking a friendly, empathetic, and skilled account manager to provide exceptional customer service across multiple platforms.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with schools and preschools.
- Coordinate bookings, timelines and requirements before and after photography day.
- Work closely with photography, sales, production, finance and other teams to keep jobs on track.
- Resolve queries and concerns with patience, confidence and a practical approach.
