The personal information on your order flyer is only used for the production of your school/preschool photos. The names on the class photograph will appear as per the name on the top of the order flyer. If the supplied name is changed by a staff member and proves to be wrong, SchoolPix will not be held responsible and amended photographs will not be supplied.
Unfortunately, SchoolPix is unable to cancel or make any amendments to online orders after your order has been placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:
- Change of delivery address
- Change of student name
- Change of selected images
- Adding or removing items
- Applying discounts
- Full order cancellations.
Refunds
SchoolPix offers a 100% money-back guarantee for all school photography. If for some reason you’re not 100% happy please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 766 055.
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on our paper and print quality for any Preschool orders. We do not offer a full money-back guarantee on the photos (poses) we select for you.
“Early Bird” orders (those placed prior to viewing your child’s images) orders cannot be altered or refunded due to a change of mind.
If you place an order when the photos are in your gallery, we do not provide a refund as you have viewed all of your child’s photos before placing an order and therefore approved the images you purchased. We do not refund for change of mind.
If you wish to purchase additional photos after the images have been released you are able to do so but please note that packages and prices will vary if ordering after photography day.
