Names on Products
Names printed on class photographs will appear exactly as they are written on the order flyer. If a name is changed by a school or preschool staff member and is later found to be incorrect, SchoolPix will not be responsible for the error and replacement photographs may be provided at a cost.
For products with custom text, the text will be used exactly as provided. SchoolPix is not responsible for spelling or formatting errors.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an online order has been placed, SchoolPix is unable to cancel or make amendments to an order once production of the order is underway in our lab.
Requests to change or amend school orders are on a case-by-case basis as determined by the status of your order in the SchoolPix system.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Changes to the delivery address and or method
- Changes to the student’s name
- Changes to selected images once you have agreed to the digital access
- Adding or removing items from your paid order
- Applying discounts after purchase
- Full order cancellations
Refunds
In the event your school child is absent on the day and you have prepaid – SchoolPix will issue a partial refund where a pack has been ordered and a class group print only will be delivered.
If you would prefer a refund in full – the account holder must contact our Customer Care Team within three business days of photo day.
Kindly note – SchoolPix is not responsible for marks or stains on a student’s uniform.
SchoolPix offers a 100% money-back guarantee on all its printed school photography products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our Customer Care team on 1300 766 055 or at help@schoolpix.com.au.
Digital downloads are nonrefundable once accessed via your purchased link or QR code.
Preschools
For preschool orders, we guarantee the quality of our printed products. If you place an order after viewing your child’s gallery, refunds will not be provided as all images are available for review prior to purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you approve the selected images. No refunds are provided for change of mind.
Digital Download Passes purchased before photography day are non-refundable in the event of a change of mind once the gallery is available for viewing.
Early Bird orders will be fully refunded in the event your child was not able to be photographed on photo day.
